Things Just Works

Interview: Jürgen Schweizer of Cultured Code | MacApper.

With Things we wanted to create a product where users only need to spend the least possible amount of energy to get organized. This way you become more productive with what you actually want to do.

It’s true. I’ve used every single piece of organizing, task-listing, to-do-ing, GTD-ing software out there, and Things for the Mac is, hands-down, the winner.

Combined with the Things iPhone App, Things comes pretty close to being pure magic — an always up-to-date productivity coach who whispers, at all the right moments, “Here’s what you need to do next.”

(That said … I confess TheHitList caught my eye this week. As apps go, it’s prettier — but can it make me more productive?)
